The 2nd Amendment will not keep you out of prison and having a concealed carry permit does not give you a shield. Standing in front of and shooting a paper target does not make you capable of making a decision to use deadly force in a stressful situation. Are you feeling uncomfortable walking around with minimal or no training?? Remember you will resort to your lowest level of training during a high stress confrontation. There are SOME Americans who exercise their 2nd amendment right to bear arms and believe that it is the end all be all. However, local jurisdictions have explicit laws on the use of force and deadly force. I designed the LEGAL USE OF FORCE class to provide knowledge to help citizens problem solve and evaluate their decision making when using force and deadly force. If you are a self-defender or just thinking of getting a firearm in the future, this class is for you! My priority for this course is helping to give armed citizens tools that will help them keep their freedom, finances and hopefully their lives. What’s covered?: - Local Laws that address use of force. - Ethical Responsibilities. - Reasonable and Unreasonable force. -Factors that must be present to legally use force. - The Use of Deadly Force (to Defend self, home and property) -Review of real world case studies. -Scenario Based Training. ***PAYMENTS FOR THIS CLASS IS NON-REFUNDABLE. CASH CREDITS CAN BE USED FOR ANOTHER CLASS.***

Cancellation Policy
Shooting Range: $85.00 -Please be on time. If you cannot make it please contact me within 4 hours of your session. -Private shooting range sessions are normally an hour long. If you wish to book more time, please contact ahead of time so we have some space to coordinate. -If you are wanting to shoot my guns please let me know. I DO NOT charge to use my guns, but you must purchase the ammunition for it. -Payment is due upfront and is not Reimbursable, but can be a credit to a session scheduled in the future. -YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PURCHASING OF TARGETS AND AMMUNITION YOUR WILL NEED. THIS IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE COACHING FEE.(This can be purchased from the range.) -RANGE SHOOTER FEE IS $25.00 PAID TO THE SHOOTING RANGE AT THE END OF THE SESSION. (I do not control or dictate the fee at the range I operate in). *There are membership options also available. Classroom Sessions: 1hour-$85.00 -Please be on time. If you cannot make it please contact me within 4 hours of your session. -Payment is due upfront and is not Reimbursable, but can be a credit to a session scheduled in the future. -Classroom sessions MAY include gun safety, storage, shooting fundamentals to include weapon manipulation, loading, unloading, concealed carry tactics and consultations, Scenario simulator training. -Classroom sessions allows me to help you set some gun training goals as there are times when new and beginner shooter are overwhelmed with information. However, advanced and experienced shooters can benefit from training and practicing advanced tactics in the classroom. -Classroom training will be tailored to each individual student. -Students will be provided with a .pdf study guide and link to videos to help them practice. ***PAYMENTS FOR THIS CLASS IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
